ELYSIUMVTC offers chauffeur-driven passenger transport services (VTC) on prior reservation, in Nice, on the French Riviera and to/from airports and train stations.
These General Terms and Conditions define the terms of booking and execution of VTC transport services provided by ELYSIUMVTC, for individual and professional clients.
All services require prior booking. This becomes firm after confirmation by ELYSIUMVTC and according to the chosen payment method.
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and depend in particular on the route, the time, the number of passengers and the options requested.
The applicable rate is the one indicated at the time of booking.
Payment may be required in advance, particularly in the case of immediate payment.All payments are binding on the customer.
Any cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the service.After this period, the race is due in full.
Any reservation paid for immediately is non refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In the event of cancellation attributable to ELYSIUMVTC, the customer may choose between a refund or a postponement, except in cases of force majeure.
30 minutes of free waiting starting from the scheduled time.
1 hour of free waiting if the delay is not attributable to the customer (flight delay, baggage, formalities).
Beyond that, a surcharge may be applied or the fare may be considered due.
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services with a specific date and time.
ELYSIUMVTC cannot be held responsible for delays due to external causes (traffic, weather, strikes, administrative decisions).
Any dangerous or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service, without refund.
The data collected is used solely for booking and billing management, in accordance with the GDPR.
Any complaint can be addressed to ELYSIUMVTC.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
