    \r\nELYSIUMVTC offers chauffeur-driven passenger transport services (VTC) on prior reservation, in Nice, on the French Riviera and to\/from airports and train stations.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    2. Purpose<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nThese General Terms and Conditions define the terms of booking and execution of VTC transport services provided by ELYSIUMVTC, for individual and professional clients.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    3. Reservation<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nAll services require prior booking. This becomes firm after confirmation by ELYSIUMVTC and according to the chosen payment method.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    4. Prices<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nPrices are expressed in euros (\u20ac) and depend in particular on the route, the time, the number of passengers and the options requested.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nThe applicable rate is the one indicated at the time of booking.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    5. Payment<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nPayment may be required in advance, particularly in the case of immediate payment<\/strong>.All payments are binding on the customer.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    6. Cancellation \u2013 No refund<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

    Cancellation by the customer<\/h3>\r\n

    \r\nAny cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the service<\/strong>.After this period, the race is due in full<\/strong>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Immediate payment<\/h3>\r\n

    \r\nAny reservation paid for immediately is non refundable<\/strong>, regardless of the reason for cancellation.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Cancellation by ELYSIUMVTC<\/h3>\r\n

    \r\nIn the event of cancellation attributable to ELYSIUMVTC, the customer may choose between a refund or a postponement, except in cases of force majeure.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    7. Waiting time<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

    Standard support<\/h3>\r\n

    \r\n30 minutes of free waiting<\/strong> starting from the scheduled time.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Airport<\/h3>\r\n

    \r\n1 hour of free waiting<\/strong> if the delay is not attributable to the customer (flight delay, baggage, formalities).\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    \r\nBeyond that, a surcharge may be applied or the fare may be considered due.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nIn accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services with a specific date and time.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    9. Responsibility<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nELYSIUMVTC cannot be held responsible for delays due to external causes (traffic, weather, strikes, administrative decisions).\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    10. Customer behavior<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nAny dangerous or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service, without refund.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    11. Personal data<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nThe data collected is used solely for booking and billing management, in accordance with the GDPR.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

    12. Complaints and mediation<\/h2>\r\n

    \r\nAny complaint can be addressed to ELYSIUMVTC.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
